Choose any of the tracks below in Beyond the White Board App. All are included with the cost of Premium and Premium Student membership. 

VP GOLD

Designed for women who can typically pass their branch of service’s Physical Training Test, but want to score the maximum possible.

 

This track will also prepare females for the all-new Army Combat Fitness Test. Gold is also ideal for women looking to achieve their first pull-ups.

Recommended Prerequisites-   

Can normally pass specified branch of service Physical Training Test

Can complete 0-3 strict pull-ups (not chin-ups) in a row

Can complete 0-75% of their body weight for a single bench press rep

VP GREEN

Designed for women who have a scheduled military school or assessment date in the next 6-8 months. These women will need to build a strong foundation in aerobic training (with and without load), upper body and grip strength, lower body muscle endurance, and a sturdy frame to avoid injuries in upcoming courses.

Recommended Prerequisites-

Can typically score close to or at the maximum possible for the Physical Training Test of their branch of service

Can complete 3 or more strict pull-ups (not chin-ups) in a row

Can complete 75% or more of their body weight for a single bench press rep

Can complete 1 back squat at their body weight or more

 

VP BLACK

Designed for women who were previous collegiate athletes, or have a background competing in or training at the RX level in functional fitness/Cross Fit, and want to maintain or improve their capacity to perform better than their peers at common tactical tasks (rucking, running mid to long distance, navigating obstacle courses, upper body carry and push demands, etc).

Recommended Prerequisites-

Can typically score close to or at the maximum possible for the Physical Training Test of their branch of service

Can complete 3 or more strict pull-ups (not chin-ups) in a row

Can complete 75% or more of their body weight for a single bench press rep

Can complete 1 back squat at their body weight or more

VP Pregnancy

Designed for women who are at any stage of pregnancy and of any fitness level.

 

This track will help you maintain fitness through pregnancy and help prepare your body for birth.

 

There will be slight modification advice based on how far along you are in pregnancy. This track will help women stay active and feel their best through all stages of pregnancy.​​

VP POST-PARTUM

Designed for women who have been medically cleared for exercise after having a child.

 

This track will help new moms regain their strength after pregnancy and focus on building a solid foundation to get new mothers back to mission-ready standards safely.

 

Females using this track will focus on breath strategies, pelvic floor, and core work.
