Strength Based

  • Designed for those looking to increase strength while maintaining cardiovascular fitness. 

  • Training days are 3 days per week of strength training and 2 days per week of cardio.

  • 6 days of programming per week

    • 5x days of training

    • 1x day of active recovery

    • 1x rest day.

  • Suitable for any fitness level.

Conditioning Based

  • Designed for those looking to boost cardiovascular fitness while maintaining strength.

  • Training days are 3 days per week of cardio and 2 days per week of strength training.

  • 6 days of programming per week

    • 5x days of training

    • 1x day of active recovery

    • 1x rest day.​​

  • Suitable for any fitness level.

Pregnancy Program
  • Designed for women who are at any stage of pregnancy. There will be slight modification advice based on how far along athletes are in pregnancy.

  • This program will help women stay active and feel their best through all stages of pregnancy, and help prepare their body for birth.

  • 6 days of programming per week

    • 5x days of training

    • 1x day of active recovery

    • 1x rest day.​​

  • Suitable for any fitness level.

Postpartum Program

  • Designed for women who have been medically cleared for exercise after having a child. This program will help new moms regain their strength after pregnancy and focus on building a solid foundation to get new mothers back to mission-ready standards safely.

  • This program will focus on breath strategies, pelvic floor, and core work.

  • 6 days of programming per week

    • 5x days of training

    • 1x day of active recovery

    • 1x rest day.​​

  • Suitable for any fitness level.

1v1 Coaching

  • This plan offers personalized programming and support tailored to each athlete.​​

  • 6 days of programming per week

    • 5x days of training

    • 1x day of active recovery

    • 1x rest day.​​
